Takedown & Copyright

Last updated June 28, 2026 · Draft pending legal review

There are two ways to ask us to take something down. Both go to the same place and we act on them quickly.

1. A photo of me or my child

If someone posted a recognizable photo of you, or of your child, without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. You do not need to own the photo. Email us with a link to the post and tell us which person in it is you or your child. We will review and remove it where appropriate. LAWYER REVIEW: Define verification steps for likeness/minor requests and the response timeline; this is separate from DMCA and tied to right-of-publicity and child safety.

2. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content on Wylara infringes your copyright, send a notice with:

  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the work you say is infringed.
  • A link to the infringing content on Wylara.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

LAWYER REVIEW: Register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and confirm the notice-and-counter-notice procedure, including repeat-infringer policy, before publishing.
