HOBO CAMPGROUND IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO ROAD WASHOUT (2018) Hobo Campground is on the Lower Kern River southwest of Lake Isabella. It has 35 individual family sites. Maximum of 22 foot RV length, but is unsuitable for trailers. Vault toilets available onsite. No water available.
