Delete your account

You can delete your Wylara account at any time, from the app, from the website, or by emailing us. Deleting it removes your data for good. We cannot bring it back.

In the app (iPhone or Android)

1. Open Wylara and sign in.
2. Open your Account screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Tap Delete, then Delete forever to confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at wylara.com and open Account.
2. At the bottom of the page, choose Delete Account.
3. Type delete to confirm.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email contact@wylara.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. A person reads every message and will delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and sign-in.
• Your trips, saved places, boards, campsite alerts and reminders.
• Your phone number and notification settings, and the device tokens used for push notifications.
• Your community posts and comments, and the photos in your posts.
• Any active subscription is canceled.

What we keep, and for how long

We remove your personal data within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer when the law requires it, such as payment records that our payment processor keeps for tax and fraud prevention. Anonymous, combined numbers that cannot identify you, like how popular a campground is, may be kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
