Overview Juniper Springs Group Campground is a primitive facility located about 10 miles from Big Bear Lake, a scenic, year-round recreation destination. The camp offers a great location from which to explore the mountains of Southern California. Recreation Visitors enjoy hiking and mountain biking from a variety of trailheads that can be accessed near the campground. Off-road vehicle use is popular as well.
