Secluded within a hilly expanse of oak woodlands, grasslands, and chaparral, you can find Cowboy Camp. Cowboy Camp is a recreation site comprised of a day use area (complete with a wildlife viewing deck), an overnight parking area, and a group camp site. 27 individual horse camp sites make up the group camp site. The group camp site has parking for fire pits, parking for horse trailers, and access to four vault toilets (two are located in the upper parking area and two are located in the middle of the group camp site).
