Overview Cassidy Bridge Primitive Camp is situated in the Andrew Pickens Ranger District in Oconee County in the western corner South Carolina. The camp sits on the Chauga River, with the Chattooga River a short drive away. Popular activities include hunting, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, whitewater rafting and sightseeing. Campers: Please remember to lock the gate after driving through, do not leave it unlocked. Thank you Recreation Big-game and turkey hunting are very popular activities in the area. The camp is also a favorite of groups who enjoy hiking, whitewater rafting and fishing.
